Role Summary: Due to a recent acquisition, we are growing and seeking a Sales Assistant. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will enjoy client interaction and coordinating with the internal team while maintaining a high ethical standard in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Prepare, and present reports on campaign performance.
  • Generate proposals to support client upsells and renewals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all client communications reflect the company’s values and maintain a high ethical standard.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and development teams to ensure projects are aligned with client goals.
  • Troubleshoot and solve client challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and social media.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and balance competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex data for clients.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, particularly in handling client concerns.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Experience and accuracy with details.

Additional Information

  • Location: On-site in our Akron, OH office.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time, 15–25 hours/week.
  • Compensation: $16 – $20 per hour, plus bonus.

Part-Time Production Assistant

Role Summary: Due to a recent acquisition, we are growing and looking for an organized and dynamic Client Liaison / Production Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining seamless communication between clients and our internal development team. You’ll be managing incoming requests, ensuring smooth project workflows, onboarding new clients, and generating insightful performance reports.Are you someone with a positive attitude, who thrives on coordination, communication, and problem-solving? If so, you’ll be a perfect fit for this role!

Key Responsibilities

Field incoming website change requests and forward them to the appropriate developer.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and process orders.
Follow the flow of the sales process, coordinating with internal staff to ensure smooth workflows across development phases.
Act as a key point of contact, fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing services like website development, Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click Advertising, and Social Media marketing is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance timelines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for easy client understanding.
